Policy regarding illness and infectious disease

The past couple years have taught us to be more careful.

At Burnaby New Westminster Animal Hospital we take this seriously. We continue to provide a high level of sanitization and security regarding personal health for our clients and staff.

We ask that you do your part too please. If you are ill, call the office or send someone else to replace you in the appointment. We provide phone consultations for a fee, similar to an office visit, if that is more convenient.

Regardless, we ask you take into consideration the health of other clients and our staff when entering our facilities.

We appreciate your consideration and look forward to helping you and your pet

Thankyou for your understanding

Team BNWAH!
